How to Enter
If you wish to participate again, go to theblizzardofodds.com using the same username/password (or the email attached to that account). Users MUST re-establish their password.
After logging in you may request multiple entries using only one account. Once we receive your $100 per entry each will be included in the Entry List. After that you can log in to make your picks.
Payment — $100 per Entry
Entry fees must be received by September 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT — the sooner the better.
Entry registration closes 40 minutes before the first kickoff of the pool week for both LMS and Second Half, so late entries will not be accepted after that cutoff.

Last Man Standing Rules
Week 1
Entry deadline: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 7:40 PM EDT
Pick deadline: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 7:50 PM EDT
Picks are closed for Week 1.
- 1 Pick one NFL team each week to LOSE their game outright — no point spread.
- 2 Once you use a team you cannot use that team again for the rest of the season.
- 3 If the team you picked WINS its game, you are eliminated.
- 4 TIES: Rare in the NFL, but if a tie occurs both teams are eliminated.
- 5 All picks are due by the weekly deadline — 30 minutes before the first kickoff of the week — with NO EXCEPTIONS. After the deadline you can view everyone's picks.
- 6 If you miss the deadline, you automatically receive the biggest favourite available to you as your pick. Teams you've already used are skipped.
- 7 This pool applies to the NFL regular season only.
- 8 If 5 or fewer players remain, all may agree to split the pot. All active entries must agree — if not, picks continue as normal.
- 9 If every remaining entry is eliminated in the same week, the pool ends and the prize pot is split equally among the entries alive entering that week.
What Happens If Everyone Is Eliminated?
In the main LMS pool, if every remaining entry is eliminated during the same week, the pool ends and the prize pot is divided equally among all entries that were still alive entering that week. If 10 entries remain and all 10 are eliminated, each entry receives 1/10 of the pot. Shares are awarded per entry, not per person, so a participant holding two live entries receives two equal shares.
If multiple entries survive through the final week of the NFL regular season, those surviving entries also split the pot equally. All relevant game results must be final before payouts are confirmed.
This rule applies to the main LMS pool only. The separate Second Half pool uses cumulative correct-pick scoring to rank eligible entries before any equal split is applied.
Second Half Pool Rules
Week 6

A separate pool that starts at Week 6. Entry registration closes 40 minutes before the first kickoff of Week 6. Entry fee: $50.
- 1 Pick one NFL team each week to WIN their game outright — no point spread.
- 2 Once you use a team you cannot use that team again for the rest of the season.
- 3 If the team you picked LOSES its game, you are eliminated.
- 4 Weeks 6–9: pick 1 team per week. From Week 10 onward: pick 2 teams per week — both must win.
- 5 All picks are due by the weekly pick deadline — 30 minutes before the first kickoff of the week — with NO EXCEPTIONS. Missed picks receive the biggest underdog available to you automatically. Teams you've already used are skipped. Picks are due by the displayed weekly pick deadline.
- 6 Pool runs through the NFL regular season only.
What Happens If Everyone Is Eliminated?
In the Second Half Pool, each entry must correctly select the required number of winning NFL teams each week to remain alive. Weeks 6–9 require one winning team per week, and from Week 10 onward each entry must pick two teams and both must win. If either selected team loses or ties, that entry is eliminated.
If every remaining entry is eliminated during the same week, only entries that were still alive entering that week qualify for winner consideration. Those eligible entries are ranked by their cumulative correct picks across the Second Half pool, including the final elimination week. If multiple eligible entries are tied for the highest cumulative total, they split the Second Half pot equally, per entry. All relevant NFL game results must be final before winners and payouts are confirmed.
Example: Ten entries remain entering Week 10. After the final results are official, four entries are tied at 12 correct picks in the Second Half pool, and the remaining six entries have fewer correct picks. Those four tied entries split the Second Half pot equally, per entry. The other six entries are below them.
Important: This rule applies only when every remaining entry is eliminated. One correct pick does not keep an entry alive in a two-pick week.
FAQs
Can I make picks for future weeks in advance?
Yes. For those who anticipate travel, make your picks in advance — you can always change them up to the current week's deadline. Make picks sequentially: Week 2 before Week 3, etc.
When do picks need to be submitted?
All picks are due by the weekly deadline with no exceptions — After the deadline passes you can log in and see everyone's picks. The site will not show other players' picks until after the deadline — but you can change your own pick up until then. Results and commentary are sent by email on Tuesday after each week's results.
Can I refer new players?
Yes — the player who brings in the most new entries earns a free entry. New players must tell us who referred them so the referring player gets credit.
